There is nothing so devastating as grief and loss; we are all impacted at times by unexpected or complicated grief. Jennifer offers supportive counselling to understand the impact of grief and to move towards healing from loss. Assisting people in moving through the grieving process at times feels painful but this journey leads to renewed health. Her perspective is that as we move through our grief we learn to let go of our emotional pain which allows us to carry the positive memories forward allowing us to reinvest in our lives today.
