Anxiety, or feeling stressed, is a real physical experience that affects our thinking and emotions. We can all experience the negative effects of anxiety or stress some of the time. Jennifer has specialized training in treating anxiety based on cognitive behaviour therapy and mindfulness. Both of these types of interventions have been developed and researched for several decades. She is able to teach simple usable tools to reduce your distress so you can begin to take back your health and then learn how to manage anxiety and stress more effectively.
